	■ Extended Care Rates • All ages: 7am to 7:45am and/or 3:15pm to 6pm - $125 per month • Drop In Rate (all ages): 7am to 7:45am and/or 3:15pm to 6pm - $20 per day Occasional use of Extended Care may be purchased for $20 per day, but is limited to 5 days per month before monthly rate is applied.

	■ Payment Options • Annually - due by July 1 • Semester - due by July 1 & December 1 • 10 month installment plans (August 1st thru May 1st) - a monthly draft - administered through FACTS Tuition Management. $5 per month Service Charge for monthly installment plans. • Tuition Refund Insurance is required of ALL families using a payment plan.
